Yes. We offer flexible payment options to make our expeditions easier to plan. You can pay a deposit to secure your spot and settle the remaining balance later. All payment options are clearly explained during booking.

How do I apply for an expedition?

Simply click the “Apply” button on the expedition page you’re interested in and complete the application form. We’ll get back to you within 24hs.
What is included in a Maui expedition?

What’s included varies per expedition, but generally covers accommodation, most meals, local transportation, all activities mentioned in the itinerary, and guidance by a Maui expedition leader.

What if an expedition is sold out?

If an expedition is full, you can join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, we’ll contact people in the order they joined.
Do you offer private or custom expeditions?

Yes. If you’re traveling with friends or family, we can organize a private Maui expedition or create a custom itinerary.
Before the expedition
Do I need travel insurance?

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should cover medical emergencies and trip cancellation. We recommend providers such as World Nomads or SafetyWing.
How big are the groups?

Our groups are intentionally small to keep the experience personal.
Group size usually ranges between 8 and 12 guests, depending on the expedition.
When should I book my flights?

We recommend booking flights once your expedition is confirmed, meaning the minimum group size has been reached.
What should I pack?

In general, we recommend packing light and using a backpack or duffel bag.
During the expedition
Who leads the expedition?

Each expedition is led by an experienced Maui expedition leader who manages logistics, supports the group, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
What is the role of the expedition leader?

They are there to handle daily logistics, guide the group, and help with any challenges that arise — so you can stay focused on the experience.
What happens if I miss a flight connection?

If you’re delayed, contact us or your expedition leader as soon as possible.
While missed parts of the trip can’t be refunded, we’ll do our best to help you rejoin the group.
How does room sharing work?

Prices are usually based on shared rooms.
If available, a private room can be booked for an additional fee. Details are always listed on the expedition page.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

After booking & cancellations
Can I switch to another expedition or different dates?
